Can I return my order?
- We accept returns that reach us within 30 days from the date of delivery/collection with a valid Order Reference number (e.g SOS1234567)
- For International purchases you have 30 days to notify firstname.lastname@example.org and return your item(s) from the date you receive the package.
- Please make sure all items are unworn, unwashed, unaltered and still have their tags intact!
- After your return has been confirmed, you'll be issued a Credit Voucher code equivalent to the purchase price of each returned item
- This voucher code is redeemable for 1 year after issue on the website.
- Delivery fees and duties, if any, won't be refunded.
- We do not provide cash refunds for any return orders unless there is a fault in the garment or it has been damaged during shipping. This policy is non-negotiable.
How do I return my order?Mail it back to us:
- Email email@example.com within 5 days of receiving the item
- Pack the item(s) and a completed Returns Form together in a parcel.
- Send your parcel using a traceable** mode of delivery to:Stories of Saturday, 57 Grange Road, #19-01, Singapore 249569
- Your return must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery/collection.
- A Store Credit will be issued within 14 business days from when we receive your parcel provided the item has not been worn and tags intact.
**It’s important that your return is sent to us via a traceable mode as we'll not be responsible for any lost mail sent through non-traceable mailing options.
